Happiness is something we choose, and a skill we develop
Happiness is something we choose, and a skill we develop.
Our bodies are flexible, and so is our mind.
We spend enormous time and effort trying to change the external world, other people, and our own bodies, yet we accept ourselves as we were programmed in childhood.
We accept the voice in our head as the source of all truth.
But all of this can change, and every day is new.
Memory and identity are baggage from the past, and they get in the way of living freely in the present.
A happy person is not always happy.
A happy person is someone who naturally interprets their surroundings and doesn't lose their inner peace.
Memory, identity, and thought easily get in the way of inner peace and freedom in the present.
